Christophe

               Chez Christophe – the French cafe has been founded in 2010 by Christophe M. after many years of work in different great restaurant in France.  

Arrived in Gokarna, he immediately felt in love with the place and decide to setup a restaurant on the middle of main beach. Slowly creating the roots and familial ambiance that define our identity by creating a place for share, express creativity, by bringing artist to perform and of course by bringing the best of what makes French cuisine famous for his taste around the world: a creative but traditional food.

 

Always at the research of new taste and the best freshness, Christophe also started to grow up his own vegetable, salads and aromatic herbs in the garden of the restaurant and continue to import some product from French local producer to provide a unique food experience. Today our menu is revisiting classics of French cuisine including some fusion food.

Music and Art has been an important part of the DNA of the restaurant, opening the place to express art and welcoming international musician to propose intense and immersive live music experience every week during the season. 

 

The restaurant has grown but the Team also with the year passing to become the big family we are now.  Joined by Adrien as chef baker in 2017, the place upgrades the dessert menu that we are very proud to propose you today, including the fresh croissant and bread that is freshly baked every day.

 

After many years of evolution, the place became what it is today: a meeting place for artist and gourmet. A social hub where everyone is welcome to discover and share. Animated by the will of proposing the best experience in term of food and ambiance, Christophe and all the team welcome you in an authentic place build on a vision of gathering.
